What is unoconcinco?

Aware of the importance of food for people's health and its key role in the construction of a more just, inclusive and ecological society, the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation is launching a new project to promote the development of a more just, inclusive and ecological society. unoconcinco II Sustainable Food Encounters. It is a space to foster collaboration in favour of the transition towards sustainable food in Spain.

It aims to facilitate debate between the different actors in the sector, to reflect on the main challenges of sustainable food in a context marked by our society's common goal of limiting global warming.

It is also a meeting place to understand, share, discover and connect people and organisations in order to build a fairer and more resilient food system. It will bring together a panel of around 50 experts to generate dialogues, debates and workshops on different topics related to the transition towards sustainable food in Spain. In addition, networking areas will be provided to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experiences between participants and invited attendees.
