In its ten years of existence, it has demonstrated its commitment to open and honest disclosure of our financial results, management and ESG-related practices, proactively leading the way in this area by early adopting trends and requirements in reporting and setting a standard for other companies in the sector. In addition to openness in accountability, Lar España wanted to be proactive and strengthen disclosure and communication about its sustainability performance.

In 2023, it wanted to count on the support of Quum Comunicación for this work of openness in communication with stakeholders, both in terms of promoting its positioning and preparing its Integrated Report, with the aim of showing this comprehensive commitment to transparency and sustainability, which is at its core.

With the 2023 integrated report, the objective was to provide detailed information, making a leap in rigorousness, but also in clarity; at the same time creating a report with a narrative that makes it interesting for stakeholders. To achieve this, a methodical work plan was followed in collaboration with KPMG in which an analysis of the structure, compilation and analysis of information was carried out by means of questionnaires distributed to the different areas in order to have both qualitative and quantitative information and evidence aligned with GRI and EPRA. In addition, we have defined a new sustainability narrative that could explain with simplicity a complex matter and we have achieved an attractive and friendly look & feel through a PDF with a navigable menu, as accessibility is another sign of transparency.

For the ninth consecutive year, it has won the EPRA Gold Award for the quality of financial information, and for the sixth consecutive year with the same distinction for sustainability information. In addition, in the ranking of the Reporta Report, the study on the quality of the information of the companies that form part of the Madrid Stock Exchange General Index, it has risen again in 2024 from 27th to 17th place out of the 110 listed companies and at number 2 in its sub-sector.
