Marta Montesinos and Rosal\u00eda del R\u00edo, directors of each of the areas respectively, have joined the team. For her part, Silvia Pe\u00f1alver, after 20 years leading Quum's communication area, takes on the position of operations manager, a transversal position for the different units of the company: branding, communication, events and ESG.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\"The communication area is key and one of the areas that has grown the most in the last five years. Thus, we have reorganised it under two divisions: corporate-financial and brand, and for this we have incorporated two directors with extensive experience in their sectors of activity. There is no one better than Silvia Pe\u00f1alver to take on these functions.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let's review their bios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Marta Montesinos, director of corporate and financial communication<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More than 30 years of professional experience in the field of corporate communication, crisis management and spokesperson training in different sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In her professional career she has been partner-director of Specter Comunicaci\u00f3n (Grupo La Informaci\u00f3n - Diario de Navarra), partner and director of Extrategia Comunicaci\u00f3n in Spain and Mexico and general director Spain and CDMX of \u00c1rea Comunicaci\u00f3n Global, among other positions. She has also been an independent consultant in luxury retail dedicated to the implementation of brands from different sectors in Middle Eastern countries in collaboration with ICEX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rosal\u00eda del R\u00edo, Brand Communications Director<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the Complutense University of Madrid, Master's Degree in Corporate Communication and Advertising from the same university.  She has almost 30 years of experience in communication and events consultancy. She has worked in multinational agencies such as Edelman Madrid and New York developing projects for international clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She subsequently set up her own agency and has been co-director for 15 years with clients in the food and catering, architecture, construction and health sectors, among others. She launched the first sustainable lifestyle consultancy in 2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a journalist she has collaborated in lifestyle magazines such as Neo2 or In Style and in other media such as the medical magazine JANO or TVE. He has taught at different postgraduate schools such as ESIC and IED Madrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Silvia Pe\u00f1alver Vega, Director of Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More than 25 years of experience in communication consultancy in both corporate and product communication for a wide range of sectors. Graduate in Information Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid and Master in Corporate and Advertising Communication from the same University. For more than three years, she was Deputy Director of External Relations for Grupo Cortefiel and all its brands. Before joining Quum, she had worked in other international consultancies such as J.A. Llorente &amp; O. Cuenca (now LLYC) and Edelman P.R. Worldwide.
