Its purpose is to provide comprehensive, scientifically based care for people with intellectual disabilities of genetic origin. To this end, it works on three pillars: promoting research, generating specialised medical care and defending the human dignity of the most vulnerable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within this framework of protecting the lives of the most vulnerable, in collaboration with Ana's family, who made a video for her cousin Luc\u00eda, a medical student for a project for her faculty, we wanted to help get her message across to the medical and scientific community in Spain and the rest of society.
