From his perspective,\u00a0<em>\"The current trend is to hold unique events, tailored to the strategies and values of the companies and, in the context of internal communication actions, for the event to have a motivational charge that manages to excite the target audience\".<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Events require creativity, originality, quality and, in recent years, they have gone from being events linked to public relations to a tool for communication departments to increase the feeling of belonging.<\/p>\n<p>Mar Garc\u00eda, General Director of Grass Roots; Alberto G\u00f3mez, Coordinator of EventSost and Alvaro Salamanca, Head of Communication at SeproEvents agree that internal events should support the objectives of the organisations, and that they should send messages based on emotion so that the employee feels like a protagonist.<\/p>\n<p>Fernanda Udaondo, Head of Corporate Events at Vodafone, argues that\u00a0\u00a0<em>\"Impact is not necessarily synonymous with high costs. The content is very important, the staging is the key piece that surrounds an event\".<\/em><\/p>\n<h5><strong>The most important thing: to know the trends in the sector.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>The world of events is evolving through the use of\u00a0<strong>new technologies<\/strong>The need to find and design non-traditional spaces that can be adapted to the client's objectives.  New technologies give events an avant-garde look, making an impact in a more innovative way.<\/li>\n<li>Over the last 15 years, the concept of the\u00a0<strong>sustainable events<\/strong>but it is only now that real progress has been made.  According to Valiente \"<em>A sustainable 100% event is impossible. There is still no culture and attitude to do them, but the trend is to make them more sustainable.<\/em>\u00a0Another added difficulty is who pays for the effort to make an event sustainable?<\/li>\n<li><strong>The assistant is the protagonist<\/strong>The event itself is the centre of the event and provides the added value of content generation through gasification and social media. It is important to design messages that allow the event to reach its audience efficiently and stay with them for a long time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Including CSR content in tune with the customer<\/strong>. \"Not just any content is good enough for the customer, they are designed and adapted to respond to their idiosyncrasies,\" says Alberto G\u00f3mez.
